Update: I took away one star because a fair share of places (let's say 1 in 5, a lot of mom and pop non chain businesses) DO NOT take the coupons as they say they never gave entertainment the rights to put in those coupons

Hi - Thanks for bringing to our attention the fact that some merchants are not honoring the Entertainment program correctly. Please accept our sincere apology for the difficulties that you have experienced. Entertainment is the leading provider of unbeatable local and national discounts throughout the U.S. and Canada. We employ local, regional and national sales staff to procure relationships with merchants. We do have agreements on record for every merchant that lists an offer, including the merchant's specified Terms & Conditions and expiration/renewal terms. Those merchants also receive training materials and contact information for our internal support team. We regret that it has been portrayed that we are arbitrarily offering discounts to businesses. Doing so would be a bad business model and it would probably also be illegal. Available offers reflect that we have an active agreement with the listed business (or its ownership). Should you encounter issues in the future, there is a question mark next to the "Done" button in the redemption process that includes a link to report a merchant's non-compliance to our Merchant Services team for them to follow-up. We would want to be in touch with the business in effort to address any training issues that exist.
