Great app
Would be 5/5 stars if you could listen to music while playing. That is a huge deal for me & a lot of people I think, so that’d be a big boost if music were available during gameplaybuffalobingywingy

I love this app. It doesn't remove choices, so you have to do the thinking. I love trying to beat my best times on a level. I loved the hard copy and pencil sudoku for so many years I didn't think I'd like an app. I tried a few others and deleted them. But once I found this app I was hooked :)Weather Netd
Sudoku game
This game is a nice challenge, and yet simple enough to share and teach my eight year old. It features the ability to note and eliminate possible solutions in each square. I like that I am able to turn off the sounds and enjoy the game silently, and also to challenge my own best time. However, only the first 100 boards are free. They give you three levels of difficulty on the free boards, and they are satisfyingly challenging; but there are two higher difficulty levels on the paid boards that I’m not going to pay to get. Also, ads seemed to suddenly get much worse after the last iPhone update, including one that keeps interrupting my game and superimposing itself repeatedly over my board. I can’t figure out if this app is the issue, or the update, but I suspect it’s the update.Show lessRodsaturkey
Ridiculous amount of ads!!
Used to use this app and reinstalled tonight but am deleting right now due to ridiculous number of pop up ads. Can’t even complete one square without another ad. Poor show.mcxyz
Wonderful game on a good interface
You probably already know how great a game Sudoku is. This is the best electronic version I have found. Having the separate keyboard for candidates makes this app work very well (I've got to have my candidates). The puzzles still aren't as hard as the newspaper on a Friday, but having the timer and scoring allows you to compete against yourself.Show lesstechnoludite
Notes
One of the more difficult ones to play on. Let me write my own notes but automatically delete a number from the column/row/9x9 section when I make the number so. I don't see why the only option is to either write all your notes for you or do nothing at all. Taking out the number is just tedious, not hard or anything. I've found that little bit of assist really nice in sudoku apps. Too bad this one doesn't have it.
And now with some update you can’t even choose your difficulty level. Look, I’ve been playing Sudoku since I was in grade school; I do not need to start on easy and work my way up to expert thank you very bloody much.

Exceptional version. Very addictive
Plenty of puzzles at your difficulty level. Each 100 puzzles cost real money or you can add credits to earn puzzles. Don't mind paying the reasonable amount for these to support more games.Bogie5555
Sodoku review
First of all the puzzles on the numbers and one box more or less. The numbers are crowded to one side corner that there is no distribution across the puzzle. This makes every puzzle almost Identical. The interface is good. It's just the puzzles that stink. ••• Three years later I change my review to 5-Star. The puzzles are much more sophisticated at the higher levels and the interface remains excellent. I recommend it as the best I have seen.Show lessTemporary;-)

Not a 5 star review only because I don't feel that I absolutely love it, however I really enjoy it and often play it before falling asleep. It's been a wonderful way to pass the time. I've even spent money on this app. Worth it if you want to learn Sudoku or enjoy Sudoku already.LoveableKits
