Customer Support is USELESS
I have not been able to log into this app for a month but since I use the number attached for many accounts, I tried reaching out to these people for help. They are absolutely USELESS. I not only submitted help through the app to get help logging in (the app keeps saying there’s an issue with me signing in although there’s nothing I can think of that give the app issues as I rarely use it to actually call/send messages) but they will literally send you the same unhelpful email saying basically I did something wrong but no further helpful information. I emailed them several times asking is they can clarify the issue but they send the EXACT same message. If anything goes wrong with this app they will refuse to give you a refund and will keep denying the refund through Apple and Apple is just as useless as helping with the issue for some reason. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP. There’s no customer support unless you’re leaving a review and you WILL NOT Get your money back. There are better messaging apps out thereShow lessAlliBear93

Misleading Fraud
Was told I was sending too many text messages, and was blocked. Was told “to avoid these limits, subscribe” so I did. I was then blocked again anyway and was told it was “Too many”. (No specific number was given). Totally misleading. Also, I sent a total of NINE text messages. NINE. That was too many—even if you are a paid subscriber. Fraudulent company. WhatsApp spy app
Recommend monitoring and tracking suspected cheating wife and activities at work. However some great app couldn't grant all access I needed to detect and catch my wife red handed in her deceptive ways. It all started when I had a suspicion on her with some recently inherited behavior like staying out late nights after work, being clingy to her phones and so on. I came to the internet to find a lasting solution to solve my marital problems. Thank God, faz came my way after checking through positive reviews, how he helped a woman catch her cheating husband red handed. I reached him via his mail at dennismaudlin04 (@) gmailcom and he requested for certain info such as my spouses phone number and phone model. Within hrs I got a notification popped up on my phone it was from Faz. he gave me a spy link which I accessed with my phone web browser there I was able to see all of his texts, call logs, WhatsApp, Snapchat, deleted conversation, social media shared pictures and videos etc as if I got her phone in my palms. It's really a great opportunity to use the services of dennismaudlin04 (@) gmailcom, if you got similar issues right now I'll strongly advice you write him for an excellent spying and tracking services. This is the most highly recommended and genuine services that works efficiently than the spy apps.

I used to use this app for discord verification. I tried using it once again and it said I needed Talkatone premium to see the message. So I paid for it and tried again only for it not to receive anything. The Talkatone customer support said that it’s VoIP so they don’t do discord verification which is a blatant lie because I’ve been doing it for a year and also had the message to back it up. They stopped responding. Stay away from this app.Show lessshmoogleh
Static and voice
There is often a faint static on the line. Worst is when I’m a phone call and suddenly everything goes silent. Just tried to set up appointment and after 4 episodes of call turning silent in middle of conversation I gave up.Sunspoke
It’s a lie
Though the app works fine, but there is no unlimited texts as promised after about 4 to 6 texts you will receive a message that you are reaching you texting limit and then you wil be cut off the service for twenty four hours. Being someone who like likes to support my apps I hate the lies and false advertising I have started saving their posts warning me about over using and I will have all the conversations available for all to view.
Lastly who do you know that only makes 5 texts a day, I paid for the extras on the app…don’t give them any money they won’t honour any thing they problem …worse support ever. The only reason I am still on here is because I have clients who have the phone number and it is their only way to reach me. Sorry this seems so bleak but they refuse to respond when questions are asked …the only message I have gotten from support is ……oh well too bad ..nice support TalkatoneShow lessGeoBeanZ

This app was great at first then suddenly without warning cut off my phone call. then my calls were all going straight to voicemail.
i looked it up (because the app didn't warn me this happens) and was told there's a "fair use" policy where if you use it enough it will block you so you can't make/receive any calls. It doesn't tell you how many you can have before it will start blocking them nor does it say when you'll be able to receive calls again.
Can you please put some more information on your website about this because it's really unclear for people trying to use the app?

OLD RELIABLE!
I have had TALKATONE for several years now and it has always been a life savor. When I don’t always have a regular phone service and when I need to make an important phone call I can always rely on TALKATONE. Wherever there is Wi-Fi and I need to make an emergency phone call I turn to my TALKATONE. I truly appreciate having this service and it’s been my go to app for many many years. The only that has changed since the start of my journey with this company is they started putting restrictions on the amount of calls you can make but I can accept that. With all that being said TALKATONE is one of the oldest and best free apps for phone calls. If you don’t want limited calls, they offer upgrades with other perks and features for a minimal fee.
