Good but needs update
The web app has more and more features added while iOS is lagging behind. Specifically new TP conditions and Smart Bot monitoring !
Doesn’t support coinbase advanced trade
Kinda sus, they never pushed they a major update since their hack either which implies they know who commuted the hack in one way or another
Good but not great
The app is convenient as it doesn’t log you out. It is definitely not as concise nor clear as the web interface. Information are easier to understand and navigate, especially around progress of each bot. The experience of this mobile app should move closer to the web app.
C’mon guys
Why do you deliberately leave out functionality from your website in regards to your mobile app. As an example, i can make a custom grid bot on your website, but can only use the automatic setting functionality on your app. It really is aggravating.

Amazing
I love the desktop interface and for a while the mobile app was lacking the same experience mainly due to the leverage function not being available. With the latest update that’s all changed it’s great, the devs really do listen to feedback and deliver. Can’t imagine trading without this terminal.

Great app! Grid/DCA automation with Bybit futures is great passive income when strategized properly. Without this app I wouldn’t become a consistently profitable trader!

Poor Support
I have subscribed to pro membership but the platform has not been so satisfactory to me and I asked support for refund while they just shared a link to request refund but none of them responded to my messages afterward.
I almost sent message to 3 or more support members of 3Commas but my message has not been even read in 3 days.
I hope the team consider expediting the process and provides normal support to customers whether they have normal queries or ask for refund and their behavior should not change.

The interface is amazing
But starting out my free bot couldn’t make any successful trading, so I’m abit skeptical. But it might just require more time and knowledge and ease of use. Lol ;) 🤑🤑🤑
Pros and Cons
The service as a whole is pretty good, so I’ll just point out the areas that need improvement. First, and by far the biggest issue I’ve had with the app is a lack of nicknames for exchanges you configure. If you have multiple accounts at and exchange, they’ll be listed by the same name everywhere in the app. This makes it difficult if not impossible to know which account you are transacting with.
Next encompasses a lot of cons, the mobile app is a second class citizen. Meaning it only has a fraction of the functionality of the web interface. This greatly reduces its utility, as many things can not be done from it.

Very Basic
I understand that a phone app will have a limited number of features but this app is way too limited and basic to be of much use. I can’t see all of my bot settings, I can’t see the daily profits per bot, and I can’t manage any of my bot settings.

Lacking details but overall good
Please show more information about gridbots. You could make it much better if there was some type of trading feed so you could look at individual trades for each bot similar to on the web.

Balances?
Where are the balances at? In desktop browser you can see your current USD balance of what is available for the bot. In the app you cannot.
Wanted to love it
I do love it and have been using smart trade with almost all of my trades, however I use this with kucoin primarily and when clicking on market sell through 3 commas, it does not sell all of my position which is the point of a market sell order... I have had to manually sell the rest of my position through kucoin after 3 commas had failed to sell all of my position causing me to lose more money from not selling fast enough- not once but 3 times now.
I wish this wasn’t a problem otherwise it’s efficient and trust worthy. The support team gets back to you fairly quickly which is good. There is no way to use the 3 commas features with margin if you are in the USA.
Make compatible with kucoin futures and fix your market sell bug and it is the greatest 3rd party trade enhancer out there...

Great to see the status of your account but very little capability to make changes.
Auto refresh is a dealbreaker
Even the simple crypto apps can update at various intervals. One shouldn't have to pull down to force an update either on the iPhone app or the M1 enabled iPhone app. Not sure why the developer was so uninspired to not enable this feature when the subscription cost is so high. As for myself, I'll add one month to the 3-day trial period just to see how useful a service this really is despite the bad press out there. Instant updates, though, would go a long way to making me a long-time subscriber. Just saying.
