“No connection” when connected
Erroneous error messages in this app are useless when trying to diagnose new spontaneous failures in 3x Logic Vigil severs that partially cut off access to video functions. Camera previews are all stalled with this useless error message even though live camera views are still available. Server diagnostics are useless too, reporting no problems.

Fixes for iPad and support for >16 cameras per server make this app way more usable.
App is a nightmare.
The app lets you log in but that’s it. Any time you try to watch footage it times out without letting view your security footage. I’ve called they said it would be fix. A year later same and nothing was fixed. And trying to watch it on your laptop is just as bad. It takes 3 minutes to watch a second of video. Our raven system was better just not HD.

Multiple sites Works on iPhone but not iPad
I have six different sites I can toggle through and pull up on my iPhone but I can only see one site on my iPad and cannot load any others. Is there a different app I should be using for iPad applications?

Problem With Latest Update
Since the most recent update... no longer able to view anything due to the app telling me I have a bad user / password...... been 3 days, not good. Need a fix ASAP please. Thought highly of this app up until now. Please update
3x Logic View Lite II v4.7 Broken!!!!
Have been using v4.6.10 with no issues - in fact that version is still working fine on one device. On the two devices upgraded to v4.7 - username/pswd does not work!!! Running iOS v12.3.1 (latest for iPhone).
3x Logic ships with 2 default user name and passwords: Administrator/xxx and User/xxx. I have tried both - neither work!!
Please fix this as business- related security cameras cannot be monitored!!
