A bit messy
I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this weather app - it’s probably no worse than any other. Most are pretty good at telling you what you’d see if you looked out of the window - I have yet to find one that consistently gives a correct answer to what will happen in the next 48 hours, let alone the 10-15 day forecasts many now provide.
This one looks good on a screen grab - quite pretty graphics - but in use it’s a little inconsistent and somewhat messy to my mind. For example, being presented with the initial “home” screen and having to scroll upwards is not intuitive. Nor is scrolling from the middle of the screen. It’s hard to explain but give it a try if you like the look of it. There is lots of information here and it’s only a few quid to get the full version with no ads, etc. so maybe worth the risk.Show lessfarlet
Real forecast not predictions
The best weather app I have known. I live in a glacial rainforest and this app is more reliable than the media weatherman. So accurate I use and highly recommend it’s use for gardening. Over the past few season eWeather HD has been a valuable asset for planning and executing my gardening schedule. I also like the way it automatically changes weather data source as I travel up and down the coast. The program is very well written, user friendly and has good graphic appeal. Real information and depth, not showy glittery backgrounds. I wish I could use this on my intranet. This has been the most solid , informative , easy to use, weather app for planning local outings and gardening. So much so I'd use it as a backup research tool.Show lessDaaTechnician
Still the best all-around comprehensive weather app in the store!
This is still my "go-to" favorite weather app. I say “still” because eWeather HD gives me more useful information than any other weather app. I know this because I have purchased more than twenty weather apps and eWeather Still comes out on top. Of course, I pay for what I use because it is worth it and I know from experience that serious developers don't work for free any more than user's work for free. So, I choose to pay up front because I despise intrusive advertising. One way or another developers deserve to be paid for their efforts. This really is a professional piece of software. I truly hope the developers continue to support this application because it really is the best I have found, and I have tried and paid for so many! Since I don't live in earthquake counry any more the quake info is less important but eWeather still beats the competition! I was using Dark Sky along with eWeather but since Apple bought Dark Sky it has gone down way hill... I have given Apple Weather an extensive evaluation but Apple has has successfully degraded a good weather app and put their name on it. Too bad, Dark Sky was a nice app.Show lessBink_In_AK

This is a great app, and worth paying for. There is so much extra information, such as tide times, sea water temperatures and weather alerts that are really useful. The graphics are great fun too. I can thoroughly recommend it.Wyskerr

One of the two weather tools I use everyday, and is my "technical" app for when I want a forecast with good details. Has the option to get the weather forecast data from more than one source. (You see this as 2 separate forecasts; like you would for 2 different locations). Like a lot of weather apps, there is a "weather at glance" page, however, there also a 'details' page where this app really stands out. With graphs and trend lines, when I'm trying to understand what the weather is doing this is where I go. The radar page is accurate and can be run in a loop to see movement, unlike some other apps. I have used this for several years and it never disappoints. Recommended to all my friends, now I am recommending it to you. You should buy this app.Show lessZæphyr

This is a great app as I travel frequently to the USA from the UK as we have a home in both places. In the US we always do extensive travel ! Therefore this app certainly helps did last winter in the USA especially Co whatever the weather I also love the format 1 hourly forecast throughout the day is a great feature plus ideal winter time for the north of England & ScotlandShow lessJeepman444

This may well become my favorite weather app.
I found it when looking for an alternative to Apple weather—partly out of resentment over the demise of Dark Sky, I admit. This app has a beautiful and fascinating interface. I haven’t used it long enough to feel that I can make the best use of all its features, and learning my way around here may take more time than with some other weather apps, but I really like it. Only time can tell whether I will end up favoring this app, Weather Bug, or Apple weather, but this one has a lot to offer, AND I like the fact that the developers seem to listen to the users and keep working on it.Show lessjrf1286
