The company keeps decreasing minute and charge more for it
The app is going from best to worst. It used to be one of the the best international call app. However, it’s moving away from that since they continue to charge more and drop minutes.Mo610bé

Tow months in the row i purchased the service, not one of my calls went through . I contacted customer service through email and they didn’t care to reply. It was ok before but now it became a scam, they take your money but don’t honor the service. Definitely a scamdoudoudembamali

I used Libon to call my family in Guinea. Before, it was 50 minutes for $20 and they used to have orange and Africa minutes to call Guinea. Now as they’ve seen I buy more of their credits. They have decreased that 50 minutes to 40 minutes with the same price. Also, they have canceled Orange & Africa as those have minutes cheaper than Guinea’s minutes. So that, I can buy Guinea’s minutes only. I think this is very dishonest and greedy. Therefore, If Libon doesn’t stop this, they going to end up loosing clients.Show lessNot working

Not ringing- bad customer service
I have paid this app to call my family overseas,. But every time I call them it is not ringing for them. I tried to call different numbers in the country that my family are, but still it is not ringing. I contacted Libon about this issue but they have not responded!!! They don’t have a customer support. If you pay their plans for call and it is not working, there is nobody that you can contact.Show lessZaara_Sl
