Changed my mind!
I recently reviewed this app as 3 stars due to what I perceived to be a long pause and a series of beeps before getting through to the voicemail greeting, which I thought would result in callers thinking it was a call fail. While there is a bit of an extra pause and a chime before the greeting (compared to standard voicemail or, for example, Hullomail), it isn't as bad as I first thought. I also really like the clean layout of the app and it is certainly much better value than Hullomail.
I think if the pause before the greeting was eliminated this would be 5 stars from me, but as it is there is still a small chance callers may think the call has failed rather than gone to voicemail.

Not working
Doesn't support iPhone 5s, closes down by it self.
Really Useful
This app is a lot more useful than the standard Visual Voicemail that comes standard with O2. I am with Talkmobile and I am now able to have Visual Voicemail - I also receive notifications that I have missed calls (even if people don't leave a message) from people even when my iPhone has been switched off or had no signal. I am only giving this app 4 stars as notifications seem to be cut off i.e. 'Oliver has le' instead of what I presume should be 'Oliver has left you a voicemail'. I hope this is fixed as soon as possible as I definitely recommend this app. Also I would like to be able to use this app on my iPad at the same time as on my iPhone, without being given an error message about upgrading to a new device. The app is also not designed for an iPad it runs in 2x mode.

I saw a comment saying it doesn't work in Australia so I tested it and it does :)
In the description it says high quality calls and let me tell you that when I called my friend I was so shocked. It's great that this is free but if more people knew about it and it was a paid app, the creator would make millions. My top rated thing is definitely the call quality. Amazing

Does Not Work In Australia
Despite being able to download the app and following all instructions, the app does not work. After several exchanges with support they advise the app does not work in your location. Why not put that on your FAQ guys?

Great but maybe room for improvement
A great piece of software which is only let down by its reliance on having a 3G or wireless connection. Most of the time this is not a problem, but when travelling overseas the cost of enabling roaming data charges to keep connected to your voicemail is prohibitive if there is no free wifi available. It would be smart to have an option of automatically forwarding the voicemail through to the user's standard voicemail if the server detects that the client is not connected. The client could also detect that a data connection was not available and automatically revert to standard voicemail service so that the message could be retrieved in the usual way. Obviously keeping a backup for future downloading once the data connection is restored. Beats o2s standard visual voicemail service and gives me the service that Vodafone does not.

Great idea... But BEWARE as it doesn't work properly yet.
Works quite well... Until you start assigning individual contact to new message groups (after you originally set the message group up). Have found that any new contacts added to a message group, after the group was set up, revert back to the general message group every time I go into the App. !? Also the App crashes quite frequently whenever I add several new contacts to a group message that is already set up, which is especially annoying.
Plus, I've noticed that if I set my phone to Airplane mode in the evening, leaving Wi-Fi on (to surf the web with), and someone leaves me a message, the App doesn't register a new voicemail... No even when I switch Airplane mode off in morning again... !? I now have to check my voicemails manually every hour or so to see if I have a message, otherwise I don't know I have one for days... And that doesn't help my business at all.
Not great... Especially bearing in mind that I paid the £6.99 for the extended messages version. I'd honestly have expected a better App.
But still, it's a great idea... And if it worked properly I'd recommend it to others.
I'd advise people to wait till the developers have sorted these issues out with an update before buying the £6.99 upgrade.
Come on developers! Sort it out please!

The Worst/Horrible-Need I Go On?
Unfortunately, I installed this app and at first it seemed to work fine. Then it stopped working. I don't know what the variable was, perhaps an update. But I was wondering why I was no longer receiving voicemails. It turns out that there was a glitch somewhere, so I decided that I wanted to delete the app and go back to my original setting. I followed their directions and it was still sending voicemails to the app. I tried for about an hour and no matter what I did, it was still sending voicemails to the app. So, I decided to delete my account with them and start from scratch. Now, the app is still presenting the recorded message, but now she says that she is unable to take messages at this time and that to communicate with me, the sender should text!! Reading everything I could on the developers website I still didn't know how to remove them from my phone. So I wrote to them 3 days ago, and still haven't heard back from them. The upshot is---no one can leave me a message on my phone. I'm frustrated with them and simply cannot advise anyone to download this app.
