Before I was using your app cuz it cheap but now you cost me much more than before and it wasting my internet as well. So I think this is waste for me and I decide to stop using as long as the price go cheaper.

Buying Credits
I am an iPhone user of libon, I am not willing to use credit cards to buy libon minutes and I can't buy credit minutes through deducting from my calls provider (STC) credit while other users of Samsung phones can do that!!!

Credit minutes not applied on account
I have purchased minutes, and never applied into account, tried several times as it was giving me error, charged my credit card.
Currently disputing with Apple Store.

The spam has started...
I use this app as my carrier does not have visual voicemail and it works as advertised (this was the original selling point), however Libon now seem intent on ramming down my throat their 'premium' offerings in the app.
The number of notifications I get from the app now trying to get me to have my friends install it or buy the VOIP services is getting steadily worse and has me looking around at their competitors; I already use another VOIP provider and their rates are much better then Libon/Orange provide so I have absolutely no incentive to move to them.
From looking at the reviews on here it shows a fundamental lack of understanding of how to treat your customers on Libon's part and it looks like they will push a large part of their customer base to their competitors by this behaviour.
Libon's offering is not unique or particularly innovative (especially once WhatsApp start their VOIP/video chat services shortly) so they may want to get their act together or face some massive write downs.

Realy awesome app love it easy to use pls add some more country in call list

For almost anyone who places a high value on their time! This app and service saves me about 10 min. Per day. My stress level is also reduced to to the ease of receiving messages, and making outgoing calls. I also like that I no longer have to deal with my old voicemail which required pushing 1, just to hear messages and then 7 to save the message. Libon saves all my messages automatically, and for long term. I also really enjoy being able to create custom messages for my callers. This feature has allowed me to turn my cell phone into personal use for family and friends, yet when a business call comes in, they will go to my customized business voicemail message. In addition, voicemails from solicitors, etc.. can be read quickly, and disregarded. I could go on!
