Thanks so much for your reply. I have retrieved my account and my mins are all intact. Truly appreciated. This was and is still the best calling app. Great value for money. I really suffered this few days when I couldn’t log on. Had to top up like £60 from two different apps, I downloaded on the App Store. With £20 credits, you can only talk for like 14mins and it’s gone. Tried the next one with another £20 and spoke for like 8mins and they charged 2 euros as vat. I was so stressed. Then went to white calling app whom I have been using for years before Libon, and soon realised the difference. Had to top up twice £10 each.
I really love this Libon app as it does understand that we need to be speaking to our family back home. And it give us sufficient time to speak with just a little amount of money. Especially for people like us who have business back home. Thanks ever so much.

Terrible

Tow months in the row i purchased the service, not one of my calls went through . I contacted customer service through email and they didn’t care to reply. It was ok before but now it became a scam, they take your money but don’t honor the service. Definitely a scam

They keep decreasing minutes and canceling cellphones companie’s minutes

I used Libon to call my family in Guinea. Before, it was 50 minutes for $20 and they used to have orange and Africa minutes to call Guinea. Now as they’ve seen I buy more of their credits. They have decreased that 50 minutes to 40 minutes with the same price. Also, they have canceled Orange & Africa as those have minutes cheaper than Guinea’s minutes. So that, I can buy Guinea’s minutes only. I think this is very dishonest and greedy. Therefore, If Libon doesn’t stop this, they going to end up loosing clients.

Not working

Whenever I try to place a phone call it disconnect right in the second before ringing, every time I had to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to make a phone call.

Not working

It wont even let me register my number. Kept on saying my number is not compatible.

Poor service

I am having a problem to log in that I used to used app for several times and then now kept saying that my number is not applicable and nobody is helping. I am so annoyed
