It has been 3 months since I started using this app to call the Philippines, and so far it never let me down. The cost is very affordable, especially if you’re calling a Smart number. I will keep using this app and buying minutes from Libon.Holly12_17

Best App for International Calls
My fiancé is overseas right now, and we have tried many apps, from Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, to other international calling apps such as Rebtel. And they all have the same problem, where she is right now, she doesn’t have a strong enough internet connection to hold a call. We had started to give up hope of being able to have phone conversations before Libon. I guess it’s not a good app if you are cheap or not wanting to spend money, but it’s way cheaper then calling with my cell carrier, and if you are just looking for a way to make reliable calls, this is the way to go. I’m happy to pay for the ability to be able to call my fiancé anytime and not have to worry about what time of day it is there, to determine if her internet will be able to hold the call. You have to putting a lot of effort into to make a call for example if you would like to call once you lance out the call it won’t be right the wait it after multiple attempts and patient to get it through,and sometimes the call drop .wgu.edu
