Can’t make calls after iOS update
I can’t make calls to Phils. anymore after the latest iOS update. It says calling but it doesn’t connect or ring, the screen just stays like that.Metalink_01
Best App for Int’l Calls
Libon is the best App for International Calls I have ever used in the last 5 years. Additionally, their customer service department provides excellent support.. they are extremely fast and very responsive. I strongly recommend Libon for ALL International Calls.
One important thing.. my family overseas does NOT have to download Libon App or do anything; I call them directly on their mobile and home phones.Show lessSamSTLMO

I transferred money to my friend for calling credit
5 days ago before she used all 50% of money expired without using. Before I sent why did not tell me that? I do not suppose to send if I know. They purposely do just to steal money from mealivaba88888

Why Libon keep decreasing the minutes to call Mali orange and Ivory Coast. This is not fair. I think I would go somewhere else going forward.kebe_champion
They changed their minutes!
I’ve been using this app for more than 2 years then recently they changed their rate ( GLOBE ). Before their minutes never expired but now it is only good for 30 days so I stopped buying their minutes. I hope that you guys could back it to the way it used to be so you wont lose more subscribers.fejyl

Yes, the Globe plan is really different than others deals in Libon. We didn’t had better from Globe but we are challenging them weekly to change it. We have also a new Smart plan 😀Horrible
Libon is a joke. Every time i make a phone call to Senegal soon as they answer the call after ringing, the phone call just hangs up on itselfmelomane88
Receipt not included
I like this app but they never send my receipt which is suspicious to me. I need to know how much the whole thing costs me because it’s pretty confusing. Apple bills just charge without any receipt... that’s not what we call transparency.Eija8

Hello, If you make your purchases through iTunes' payment platform, the receipt is sent to the email adress you provided on your account. If you didn't receive them, don't hesitate to contact iTunes so you may recover them.
