I loved this game when it first came out on PC. Sadly it doesn’t translate to iPhone as you can move things into storage.pickledpip
Has potential
This has the potential to be a really good game but like everybody else is saying- the plant bucks are ridiculous. You would have to spend quite a bit to complete the game fully. I understand money has to be made somewhere but I’m pretty sure I paid 0.99 for the ‘full’ game already (don’t quote me). I think if you used the plant bucks for speeded growth and other non-essential but useful items, it would be better. Even if you were able to earn a very small amount of plant bucks by having an option to watch an ad if you choose. You will still have impatient people who will buy your bucks and those who overspend their coins and need to buy treatments. Most people simply can’t afford the amount of money being asked for and lose interest once they realise they can’t complete the game without. I feel like you’re actually doing yourself out of money here. If I had to spend on bucks just once I’d have probably bought them but it’s too much to keep buying in order to complete the game, so I haven’t at all. Such a shame because it’s fun and has potential. Please fix this. It might even do you a favour and earn you MORE money.Show lessWhateverxxxxvcggddycgj
So peaceful and cute
Everyone complaining about game taking too long is missing the point of the game!! It’s the experience of opening a plant shop, and starting from the bottom to work your way up to better things, which makes selling faster and stuff like that. The Illusion of Freedom
This is genuinely a very fun game. I really enjoy Last Day of Work’s games in general, and I can easily say that they have been a big part of my gaming life from a very young age. That being said, I have to not recommend playing Plant Tycoon. This game gives you the illusion of a potential victory. The only way that you can acquire one of the vital forms of currency in this game, even in the free version? Paid. And not just in a this-currency-takes-so-long-to-accumulate-that-you-may-as-well-buy-it-with-real-money sort of paid, I mean you cannot acquire any of this currency unless you pay actual, real-world money for it. If you are not going to adequately title this with a lite version or something, then I don’t really see the point in calling it a free version of Plant Tycoon. The same, but not
I 100% agree, with the person that titles their review “A Love/Hate thing”. I played this as a kid, on pc. It is the exact same game, but they honeypot you, by getting you to pay real money. Instead of earning cash in game: seed trays, soil, and seeds are required to buy. I’d also rather pay a small fee (than to pay real dollars) for individual supplies. Better on PC without pay to win
This was one of my favourite games on PC. Unfortunately the “pay to win” feature on mobile version is pretty gross. Would rather purchase the game outright and not have crummy game mechanics like that.CakeLikeCloud
UPDATE SEED BOX REQUEST
My first time playing this game was about 10 years ago and now here I am playing this again. I really love Plant Tycoon but it is quite stressful managing the seeds due to limited slot. It would be amazing if the developer can update the seed box up to 529 slots? The 120 slots cannot fit all variety of the plant. Please update it!!!Show lesskzgui
Memorable game
I played this one when I was a little kid, I miss it a lot. I don’t mind it’s slow to grow, hard to raise, hard to make money, I know that before I downloaded the game. I just want to have it on my cellphone, so I can see my flowers every second.

Very fun but impossible without paying.
The only way to get the rare seeds is by using the mutation spray which costs plant bucks which cost real money! I still love breeding the plants and seeing what seeds I CAN get but even after buying some plant bucks it’s just disappointing knowing I can’t get all the rare seeds without spending more money than I’d like to. I know the app needs to make money but this is too much, there should be a way to play without paying so much.Show lessKitten403
