A bit misunderstood
PathAway is a great and flexible app for those who needs to create routes, proximity alarms and Gps navigation.
Try not to compare it with regular driving apps, this isn’t it.
It is great if you want to CREATE your own stuff. And you need reminders along the way.
It is too bad people that does not understand its features gives bad reviews.
This is a real Gps navigation app.

No way to contact developer
I purchased the pro edition for old phone after updating phone all it does is give me the basic. Complete waste of money and Apple also was no help.kilokey
Great GPS application
I have used PathAway since I had a Palm Pilot and was glad to see they successfully migrated to the iPhone. I use it for hiking and mountain biking and it’s a very robust mapping application. I use the LE version and keep eyeing the Pro version because I want to use offline maps.
I successfully installed and calibrated my custom maps.
It has a good user interface and very customizable. Would recommend the GPS mapping application to anyone the goes ‘off trail.’Bob6900
Total disappoinment
Stick with Google Map and save yourself $10. The position location is off by a click or two. Offline map downloads did not work.dkbikeson
Trackback function
I purchase the basic app specifically to use the trackback function on my iPhone 7plus. I do a good bit of "rambling" when I hike and often have to go around water of difficult terrain. When I do it late day, it's important to be able to get out around the same obstacles. I'll use this soon and update my review. I start with a neutral 3 because I like what I see. Stay tuned.MHTLH

Incredible set of resources, just lack an function to import and georeference any image, like to use your own maps.

With a tap , it goes away
Not sure how to rate , as when I tap the app , it comes UP then disappears quickly , even after a reboottom_pixel
