    It would be so much better if you could filter available auctions to exclude all US auctions. I am not interested and will never buy a lot from the US.
  • Poor customer service

    Bonhams in New York City was very insensitive to the challenges of picking up purchased artworks in New York City. It was necessary to bring a car to pick up the works and I called an hour ahead of time to alert them that I was coming. I then called them again when I arrived outside the front door, and they kept me waiting for half an hour for someone to walk the pieces upstairs while I was illegally parked on the street. There should have been someone available to take five minutes to walk up to the street with my two artworks.

  • Why can’t I sort auctions for location?!

    There is no obvious way to sort auctions for location. Why on earth not? The location is not even shown upfront for each auction so I have to click on the auction to find out where it is. You really need to improve the basic utility of your app, currently it does not reflect well on the firm.
  • Cannot even create an account!

    As a new user I am unable to create an account on the iPhone as, once I enter my details, the ‘continue’ button is largely hidden by the bottom of the screen and it doesn’t scroll up. Absolutely pointless

  • Can’t find what I want

    If there is some way to display only upcoming auctions in NY or only a specific type of auction, I can’t find it.
  • Buyers premium is outrageous

    I used Bonhams app for the first time and was very much looking forward to it. I purchased my first item. When the invoice came I was made aware that there is a 30% premium on the purchase price. This was absolutely not clear when going though the registration process via the app. I find this outrageous and a very questions business model. It’s no wonder younger generations are no longer going to auctions if the buyer is being penalised like that.

    The website makes you sign in many times for the same question. I tried to check on my password and account and I had difficulty changing it. I have a letter that says I have a bid but on my website it says I have no bids. Obviously something is wrong.

    What a horrible auction. Wrong descriptions and wrong bottles showing. My intention was to bid up to £600 on lot 60, Longrow 1992 single casks. The slide bar wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get a bid in at all. My first experience of using Bonhams app and they have to up their game.
