Bad App
I cannot see the news anymore your app won’t allow me to turn on the news like the past app, all I find is old news. Very difficult to deal with so I am forced to switch channels. Please create something more easy to us.
Traffic no longer works since last update
The traffic page no longer shows anything, just a blank page.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I can get to the traffic source thru a webpage but nothing thru the app shows.
Time for a another update that works this time. Shoddy project management on your developers.
And as always too many ads, I know all you companies are greedy but it just aggravates people and turns them away from using your products. I make it a point to never ever purchase a product that is advertised to me.

Favorite news channel - worst app ever
I have never in my life seen such a horrific waste of space. Abc eyewitness news is my favorite channel. But this new app is void of information. Horrific menu direction. Wasted 3/4 ‘s of the front page. Directionless. Get rid of it ASAP and fire the team that developed it
Worse upgrade to app ever!
Way too many steps to filter through the news. I will continue to watch Abc 7 news but can longer deal with this app and have deleted it. NBC 4 seems to have the closest app to the old ABC 7; which I will now be using
Used to be my go to app
Updated for new revisionThe new app is much worse than the app it allegedly updated. More ads and harder to review top stories. My original review: The info is up to date and like the ability to read info especially in a public place. But the Live portion rarely works and the ads are most annoying. Love Eyewitness News team and was happy to have them on the go. Too bad the promise doesn't deliver.

Sometimes it works well!
Being that I am an ex NYer, I still want to know what's happening in the city. The newly updated app is better however, for IPad, it fails to launch sometimes causing me to use my PC. Besides the ridiculous amount of the same commercials, I do appreciate the ability to watch my favorite news team.
Please go back to your previously creatively and tactfully designed layout and colors
What on earth did you do to the app? The beautiful picture of the freedom Tower the weather the good morning quote the beautiful dark blue colors it's all gone in the latest version. You can't scroll through what you want with snippets without going through each story with a major white background burning your eyes it's Terrible. Please go back to what you were good at.

Stick with the old. Out with the new!
The old format was much easier to see at a glance and quickly scan what was happening. You could then choose what to delve into quickly. The new format shows the images too large and forces you to do more scrolling to see what the latest stories are. Will not be visiting the site as often if it stays this way.

Great News App But...
I just love this app and how it gives you breaking news. I also love how well it works with the Apple Watch, but it’s still not optimized for the iPhone X even though the screen shots suggest otherwise. I’ve tried updating the app, deleting the app, restarting my phone, but it just doesn’t take advantage of the screen size of the iPhone X. Other than that I love this app and would suggest it to anyone who is looking for a great news app to keep you in the know.
