The Customer Vault is not working correctly with iOS. When can we expect this to be fixed?
Adding Tips??
How can we add TIPS in the payment process using the BBPOS CHIPPER? I went into the setting sand turned on tips. I'm also unable to use customer signature..
No date or time stamp
Why is there no way to have the date of the transaction on your receipts?! We tried enabling the maps in hopes that it would add a time stamp but it does not. For legal and chargeback reasons a data should absolutely be automatically on your receipts!!
Awful connectivity issues
Application always fails to connect to the reader even when signal is fine. Error messages appear with no troubleshooting help.
Crash
I’m running iOS 12.5.7 and every time I swipe a card the app crashes. :(
Cannot use terminal
When I go to use the Bluetooth terminal it comes up with an error message: Terminal ID Missing and Transaction Key Missing. I contacted IProcess and they said to contact Rectangle Health. They sent me an new terminal and I have the same issue using my IPad.
Crash
Every time I try to process a credit card payment, the app crashes. I cannot process an entire payment. I’ve tried it with WiFi and without. Same thing with Bluetooth. This app worked great for over a year then all of a sudden it won’t work anymore. If the issue is resolved my rating would increase.

Constant Crashing
Most recent update has the app crashing any time you complete a transaction… AGAIN!!! This happens every time this app gets updated. Then it gets “fixed” for a few months until another update comes out.
Best payment app ever
I was skeptical at first, but this app is the easiest payment app I’ve ever found. Lightning quick, very intuitive and just gets the job done with no extra steps. Very glad I switched.
iOS 15 update
Since the update the app crashes as you try to complete any transaction. I deleted the app and reinstalled. No luck?!!
