Adding Tips?..

How can we add tips in the payment process? It doesnโ€™t show. We tried different methods. We have iOS 14 and 15 as well.

Took my business to the next level

Update not intuitive and is harder to use.

iProcess has been ok(ish) for me until this recent update. The signature screen no longer turns to landscape so it is harder for people to sign. Also, majorly impacting my business is the tip option is way less visible and therefore most clients who usually tip donโ€™t see it and forget about that option or expect it to be on the next screen. These are two of my major complaints in addition to it being just far less intuitive to use. (One bonus on the update is I now have access to the customer vault, which will be handy.)

New version removed essential feature

Version 2 looks better but it removed the ability to swipe a card directly into the Customer Vault without needing to charge.
That was the only feature we used with this app and our mobile card reader so it renders this completely useless.

Why would a developer REMOVE an existing feature that worked well???

Major annoying limitation

Needs ability to set up a master account online and forward setup link to employeeโ€™s mobile devices for easy setup. Currently, you have to input all company information and setting controls into EACH device. Why not be able to setup once online, then have the merchants/employees login and all info is saved? Itโ€™s way too time consuming and unnecessary the way it is now. Please change.

Not impressed but..

Has more steps than using the square and in a fast paced business it slows us down. Wish the receipt aspect was similar to square ad asks at time of sale when customer signs unlike after they sign and are finished with sale. Occasionally doesn't finish processing.

Wonderful to navigate through something so easy

So far so good.

App layout is very simple and easy to use. Signature pad is very responsive and customers seem love it. The only complaint I hear is that they can't erase the signature and redo it without cancelling it.... As stated, so far... so good!
