Ok, but.....

The app is good but would be better if they had a separate screen for tips; the tip screen is small and hard to read/ see for the elderly or people with vision problems.
There a times that I have to swipe a credit card multiple times before it registers. If they fix these things the app would be great.

Awesome App

I've had no issues with this app. It works well and is up to my expectations!

Owner

Great app! Much better than anything our company has ever used.

Will not read cards with an extension

The card reader works fine with the phone itself. I use an otter box and the reader will not attach due to the size of the case. I have tried 2 extensions and the reader will not read any cards while using an extension.

App is great although...

The app is great although the tip box is so tiny and confusing to my clients. Sometimes my clients accidentally will press the cancel button above the tip box. Needs a better layout.

Everything as promised

App is easy to use, functions well with iPhone, nice to review transactions and have batch close out at night with emailed report.

Great app

Love that I can be away from the office and still be able to conduct business.

Sales Manager

After set up the app works very well. I am pleased with the entire system.

Follows the old bromide K.I.S.S.

Took me a while to set it up to work with Payment Revolution, but it works great now. Pulls all the info from the card so no need to enter the client's name etc. You just enter the amount of sale, swipe the card, hand it to the client (they sign with their finger) then touch "process" when it asks you to confirm the sale-- one last chance to make sure all is correct before going ahead. Yet the whole process takes about 30 seconds. And it only takes that long because I fiddle around with the amount on screen at the last minute before handing it to the client to sign.

I know there's a lot more I could do with this app, and I'll take advantage of those other functions as I learn them. But even as a complete newcomer, it "just works" and that's what I need most.

Bonus points for its seamless integration with SignPost: that's what enticed me to switch from Square, which I also really like.

iOS 8 not supported!

The process app does not work with iOS 8.one.2. This is very inconvenient. There is no way to contact the publisher to let them know, and no updates have been provided for months. This app is dysfunctional.
