I would highly recommend the IProcess App to all businesses with a merchant account. Metro Merchant Services offered me Mobile Payments with no restrictions on processing for the most competitive rates on top of my already low processing costs. I'm not the best with technology but their Customer Service team had me trained and running transactions in minutes. The swiper works great and easily fits with my phone case too. Great App! Great app
I have been using iProcess for about 5 months but recently upgraded to an iPhone5 and can no longer use this app. I had one very minor complaint while using iProcess.
Occasionally the swiper just wouldn't work, and when a cc number is keyed in the fee is higher.
I have now switched to another app and realize how much I loved iProcess. The tip function is great, receipt email is great, and the ability to email batch reports and totals from the history is great. My only complaint now, is that the card reader is not compatible with my phone.
