Broken since iOS 8
Customers are not able to sign, the map displays billing address not address where card was charged. There is a black box on the signature receipt. No way to contact developer.

For problems with IO8. I would say delete it and re-install it. It fixed my issues. Upsetting is all my history then disappeared. They know about the black out signature and have informed me they are working on it. Overall one of the best apps for credit card processing. No max, fast with in 2 business days. NMI have been great on the phone. All those questions help against chargeback trust me I know I been through it.

Does the job - no gimmicks
I like this app because it's simple to use and works pretty fast.
Some flaws but seems to work
We just ran our first transaction. It seems if you aren't getting a signature you have to back out of everything and change it in settings and repeat to add signature function back. There should be a a check box for manual entries whether card holder is present or not.
Also it won't take multiple emails or it doesn't send a receipt at all, not sure yet.
Just needs some work IMO.

Horrible iPad screen!
The iPad update is a joke! The main menu screen is elegant, but once you get to the Sale screen the window where you put the amount being charged is as small as it is on the iPhone. The big attraction to using an iPad is the bigger screen and this update defeats the purpose. Customers complain about the signature screen being too small and not being able to find/see the tip button! PLEASE FIX ASAP!

Works well enough
I use it pretty often; love that it's tied in with my regular processing account (rather than having a separate account like Square). What I struggle with is the fact that I enter an email address in customer info and then when I go to email the receipt, I have to put the address in again! Make it carry over. Can't be that hard.

rotating screen
I use this app with my ipad. It would be really nice if there was an ipad version OR if app would rotate so that I can use the in the "landscape" position, since I use a key board with my ipad, that would make life so much easier.
It's junk!
So why don't I like this app. As a vendor that relies on speed and accuracy as well as ease, this app pales in comparison to other apps. It's so basic, it leaves out some very important options. LIKE ADDING TAX!!!! I am very disappointed in this app. If you are a beginner in vending this is for you. But if you are a business looking to look and preform on a professional level- move on....
