Mostly a great app!
The work outs are good and I like that you can customize them a bit but my beef is that if I have to pause the work out, when I start it again the time doesn’t resume counting down. It stays paused. That’s the only reason I haven’t committed to paying for the full version.

I didn’t know I was so out of shape. I suggest stretching before starting.

Nice setup, easy to use , very convenient in the privacy of your own home .
Good but error after pausing
This is a good app the only thing is whenever I paused and played it would be stuck on that exercise and timer will not continue the count down! I had to restart the app! Please fix this..

I like the workout but when I pressed pause and then started again the timer didn’t start?? Had to start workout from start
