No frills and easy to follow! Gave me more of a workout than Iβd expect. Mind you I havenβt worked out in a while but I was huffing and puffing even with the lowest level and time. Keeps me motivated to keep going!

Works very well
I've tried something very similar and worked really bad. I was a little nervous when I got this one but this works very well and is a real workout. You should get this app. If you get it you get to chose five mins eight mins or ten mins.

Before the update it was fine. After the update it shuts off after starting app. Garbage.

You can do each workout for 5, 7, or 10 minutes and there are three different workout groups to choose from so your routine doesn't become stagnant. Perfect for a warm up before a run or just to squeeze in a little exercise during a busy day.
Love it!!!
I love this app! It looks cheap when u see it, but trust me it's awesome. I get more sweat out of the 10 minute workout than a half an hour run. I'm also really fit so finding a workout that was hard enough is a real challenge. Absolutely awesome
