Pretty straight forward!
It's not a long term program. It's not a guide or a dieting aid... But it does show you how to fill 5, 8 or 10 minute increments of time by doing something positive! The video is a non intrusive motivator and you can turn the sound off and listen to something you enjoy while moving with the instructor. The exercises are fantastic for beginners and do not require one to know insane combinations! I really like having this at my fingertips!

Great app
Felt great after this workout really worked all parts of the body, great for beginners or people who need a quick workout to fit into there day. Highly recommended. Would have gave 5 stars if there was cool down.
This is what a busy mom needs
I am a working mom with three kids and the youngest is 4 months old..I am able to do these workout while cooking instead of reaching for snacks....this is just what a busy person needs to help them reach their goal weight.
Good, free app that lives up to its name.
I don't EVER write reviews for apps, or even rate them for that matter, but this one I really like. It's quick efficient, and defiantly works. Has a time setting for all fitness levels. I personally do the 10 minute, but even being close to "great" shape it takes the wind out of me and gets my heart pumping. Which is exactly what I need, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than a gym. Don't bother with the paid equivalents of is.

I love this app!
Every night I get a reminder about doing my exercise and I love it! It really helps... I stopped doing this for about a week cause of work and I kept getting really tired in gym! But now that I'm doing it again I can really work hard.

So good to know that u have an app on your phone to help u lose weight! I've been trying to think of ways that I can lose weight without going to the gym and this app is great for that! I would just improve it by adding more routines and exercises on it to have a bigger pick on what you would like to do that day!

I love the app you can set the time and day you want to do the workout and it will remind you time to do the workout I modify on the mountain part till my legs get strong enough to do the mountain part but other than that I love the workout so much energy into it and a great workout
Great app
Great app, I hate exercising and I am so unfit but this app is perfect for me, it takes only 5 mins and even I can manage 5 mins a day, it's kills me though lol, but I enjoy it, it's so simple to do. Hopefully see results soon.
