It is actually about time that you and gaming companies the opinions of fully deleting games
We all need to opinion to fully deleting our older games from our personal account and especially if these games haven’t been used in a long time It is actually about time that you and gaming companies the opinions of fully deleting games from our platforms or consoles because it is literally totally impossible to get in contact with these gaming companies and you cannot even get support whatsoever from them and especially if these games are no longer being played by the users and you can’t even delink them from our consoles because you can’t get support from these companies at all and they won’t even respond to your requests whatsoever so much for users safety and the support is nothing but totally useless I’ve tried every possible way to get responses from these games companies and they are just totally ignorant and as far as I’m concerned don’t care about users safety

Rubbish app and service
I used to actually like this app, but recently it just crashes all the time. Pages don’t load and I have to continually reinstall the app just to do anything. PlayStation are also absolute garbage with customer service. I just continually get bounced around to different supposed customer service emails. They’re also super rude. There’s no support available within the app either which is frustrating. My PlayStation stars is never available either. Makes it all the more frustrating that PlayStation plus members pay stupid money for a service and application that don’t work and are non existent.

Ridiculous!
Now you’re taking away disc editions of your consoles and now the stand things? Sorry but $700 US is too much for a console without a disc drive. Your 5 pro should be $700 US for a disc edition and $600 US for a digital edition. Most people prefer disc versions of consoles and physical copies of games over digital versions and digital games for the very obvious reason because it reduces the chances of hackers getting access to their information. Your consumers are buying up your removable disc drive for your consoles and I read online with proof about this. Why is this? Answer is above. Forcing your consumers to go full digital is basically saying that you want hackers to get access to our information. I’ve had this happen to me at least three times and one of them was on one of your consoles. So yeah me wanting a 5 pro after seeing that? NO THANK YOU! If you think I’m going to spend almost $1,000 US for that a console stand, and a removable disc drive you’re out of your minds. I’ve had it! First chance I get I’m switching to Xbox. Goodbye PlayStation you’ve just lost a loyal consumer of 20+ years.

Bug issues
Bug with closing the storage section of my console. The close button is too high and is cut off by the battery logo on Iphone. It won’t register when I press it.
Also there’s issues with connectivity to console as it won’t register the games that are downloading on the console and will ask to download them not sure if this is a bug but a good idea would be to show the progress of the download instead of asking to download the game again when it’s already in progress

The ps app isnt even working for me, it wasnt always like this but now it loads so slow, cant message people, can start partys. I dont know whats wrong with it because im new to playstation so i dont know how to work it. I think it has something to do with ps5 storage cause when i went on settings its still loading really slow, its bren loading for probably over 20 minutes. What do i do?

Missed potential
Great app, a bit laggy and can’t manage downloads (pause and resume them) and when I try to remote download i can’t see the download has started or how long it has to go
CRASHING!!!
I have no real issue with the app. It’s easy to use and easy to find whet your looking for however, it crashes ALL THE TIME. Everytime I use the app it will crash at least once. I have the latest “update” for IOS yet everytime I use it it crashes. It seems like every 5mins on the app regardless what section I’m in or what I am doing, crash. I have been on here for about 15 mins just browsing games and it has now crashed 4 times. Really not good enough. Like I said. The app is great, but the stability is atrocious. I really hope you get it sorted.

Before you buy
This app is a splendid idea but has a few to many bugs. The app has introduced a feature allowing to get coins for doing challenges and buying games but to my disappointment I have not been receiving any of these tokens I have signed up but not received. I have done research on this bug and it doesn’t seem to have a fix. Apart from that this app a splendid easy to use system.

Good but…
All is fine with the app. The only issue I have had so far is when I am in a party with a friend, I click on their name and I can’t exit this because the cross is all the way in the top right. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I don’t think it’s designed with the iPhones Dynamic Island in mind, as the cross is behind my battery icon and I cannot press it no matter how long I try. I end up stuck on the screen and cannot access the rest off the app until I close the app and reopen it which is very inconvenient, this also takes me out of the PlayStation party that I’m speaking to my friends in and requires me to rejoin again. I thought PlayStation would fix this issue so I ignored it and have been waiting for the bug to be fixed but it still hasn’t been resolved, so I’ve come to write a review in hopes that this irritating issues resolves.

Good but one annoying bug
I always liked this app, I used it all of the time when I wasn’t on my PlayStation to check who is online and stuff like that. But every now and then I would get a notification that a random person comes online, and I went to settings to change that. I put all the people that I wanted to see online and I removed people that I didn’t. The next morning I woke up with another notification that a random person was online. I went back and noticed that it had added random people and removed all the people that I actually wanted to know about. I then tried again and again and again and it kept doing the same thing. Please fix this!
