  • Not flashy but just what you may need.

    I used this app to quit smoking after 10 years (now smoke free 2yrs and 6 monta) and while it doesn’t have tons of bells and whistles, its straightforward approach makes self accountability almost unavoidable. I wouldn’t waste money on any app besides this one - wanting to quit smoking ultimately comes down to discipline and at the end of the day nothing feels worse than tapping “I slipped” from this apps homescreen. Get after it and get smoke free, this app will help if you really want to make the change

  • A true life saver!

    I never write reviews, but this app helped me so much. I have been smoke free now for 2 years. I can breathe so much easier, I’m sleeping better, and I haven’t felt healthier in years! So happy this app is FREELY available. It helps track cravings, set targets, and monitor progress. If you can make it through the first 2-4 weeks you’ll be home free. You won’t regret it.

    This app helped me quit smoking. I was smoking about 10 years and now its been about a year that i haven’t smoke. I just wrote this review and tell you its possible. You can. This app send you some tricks when you have cravings. reminds you the reasons that you decided to quit. And its simple. I’m a ordinary man. I did it so you can do it. Start living healthier life.

  • App was great until it wasn’t

    So the app was acting weird today when o was trying to click one more day smoke free but for some reason it shows I slipped. I am pretty upset about this and I can’t go in anywhere and change it to smoke free like it should be. As of right now this app can kiss my butt.

    Hi is there any way I can change the back date that I stopped smoking ? I entered the incorrect one and need to change it but can’t since the date has already passed.

    I never write reviews but wanted to because this app truly helped me so much. I don’t even remember how I came across this app, but it helped me so much in tracking my cravings and giving advice while I stopped smoking nicotine and marijuana at the same time. It has been a bumpy ride, but this app have really kind reminders and advice to help me stay focused on my goals and quitting journey! Best of luck to everyone out there :)

    For some reason I can not access my full reason to quit statement I wrote out, other that that great app. Day 2 let’s go !

    I just signed up for this App through the Veterans Administration. I set my quit day for 5/8/19 and feel this will help me stay on track. I have tried one other App and found it very confusing. Thank you!

  • Great app!

    I have been using the app for about a week now and it has become very useful especially with the journal. It would be great if there was a way to make changes to the Times of days. Like actually changing the times or just being able to delete times to keep it cleaned up. Also if there were more selections for triggers like waking up, using the bathroom etc. So far great app just make a few updates! Definitely will share with people!
