I’ve opened the app, redownloaded it, updated my phone, but no matter what I do, when I open the app I can’t go to the home page or profile or the anything, it just keeps me on the menu. Also when I’ve tried to open things from emails, it opens the Hudl website and then says “server error”
This has been happening for the past few weeks, and I also can’t see videos my coach has posted. Other teammates have been able to view them but for some reason it won’t work for me. I’ve logged into other devices and used Hudl there, but the same problems happening. My coach also took me off of the team on Hudl and I joined back again, and that still didn’t work.
