I recently fall into a big scam from a trading platform called First Monumental Prudential Market FXCM trading. Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. Metatrader 5 is the best app for forex & etc on your trading needs I haven’t found one better with charts and labels & the things to do to take your trading to the next level. The one thing I’d love to see in the next update is for traders to be able to close positions on the same screen as the chart. Being able to instant bid while looking at the chart is a great option but by the time you try to close a position by going to the trade screen and selecting the option you lose position whether up or down… quick close on the chart screen should make Metatrader 5 deadly & a five star!!!! Terrible Experience - Money Stolen via Deriv and MetaTrader 5 Connection**
I recently had an awful experience with MetaTrader 5, specifically when trying to top up my account through a Deriv wallet. MetaTrader 5 and Deriv are supposed to be partners, which means you need to use a Deriv account to fund your MetaTrader 5 account. However, this process turned into a nightmare for me.
I copied the Deriv wallet link directly from my Deriv account and sent my funds via Binance using my Trust wallet. To my shock, the funds disappeared, and Deriv is now claiming that the link I used doesn’t belong to them—despite the fact that I copied it straight from my own Deriv account!
I am beyond frustrated. The fact that MetaTrader 5 relies on such a flawed partner system is unacceptable. My hard-earned money is now floating somewhere in the crypto ether, and both Deriv and MetaTrader 5 have offered zero assistance in retrieving it. Their customer service has been nothing but dismissive, with no resolution in sight.
I trusted this platform with my investments, but it has done nothing but steal my money and leave me hanging. I demand a full investigation into this issue and the immediate return of my funds. Until then, I strongly advise anyone against using MetaTrader 5 or Deriv—they are not safe!Show lessDolly Cromazz
Add an alarm for trade
1- app finally here but need to add as same as the MT5 on PC which if the app have an alarms for trade if we reach the limit it will be helpful 2- need to add a report as they added MT5 PC ver. 3- add multiple saver to choose 4- add algo trading to lit control the platform easily 5- we like to improve the app more specially the UI there are alot of platforms are batter that MT5 6- hope the developers act & ask what they need to get bast for the trading community
