I’ve been using this app for a very very long time. Ever since I upgraded to iOS 17, it hasn’t working exactly right since then. Any chances for it to be rectified?xa0s
Not supporting Unicode in chm format
I bought this app to read chm files, but it doesn’t display Unicode. Also cannot click links. Very disappointed.jz0118
Dictionary not as good as iReader Study
For many years I have used the same authors iReader Study on my ipod from 2009. This app had the disadvantage that it came with a huge package of dictionaries which rather clogged up the then small storage,but it was well worth it.
With iphone 5se the old app seems to drain a lot of battery and ios asks one to check for updates which do not exist.
eBookMobi is pretty much exactly the same as iReader Study except that one has to download individual dictionaries which inititially is an advantage, though with storage being less of an issue nowadays, the benefit seems small. In particular, the Spanish to English dictionary, though having the same appearance, seems to have lost the the wider usage of a word in relation to different meanings and examples.
It's a bit of a shame that one has to buy a new app that is the repacaged old one, but it really - suprisibly - seems to be the only reader app that has a - still - decent offline dictionary.Show lessA European
Waste of money
I'm frankly insulted the developer even charges for this. As far as customisation goes, it's pathetic. No ability to set margins, read in vertical scrolling mode, disable two page spread... If you need fine control over your reading then give this a miss. This would annoy me if it was free but it's definitely not worth the £1.99 charged. 99p maybe, if the developer really needed to charge, but I've seen better reader apps for free. I only tried this because it supports rtf/txt which I need.Show lesscavgirl78
Reads anything, stays away from the more invasive 'clouds'

Corrupts a line every few paragraphs
I purchased it and it could open all my books which was great, however every couple of paragraphs it would jumble the words in a sentence. I thought my files were corrupt but I purchased another app and can now read them. Sorry, but I'd like my money back.Check your spelling please

One Big Issue
I'm in love with this app, it's so useful and easy to use. But the last update came with a big issue, I can no longer swipe between the pages of my documents, I must first zoom by pinching my finger to the screen. I can still turn the page by tapping the side, but this is difficult for one handed use. Please fix! I really want to give this app 5 stars again :)Show lessTodd the Wraith
Great book reader
This book reader reads everything that you throw at it. It is very versatile it has many different font options and you can change the brightness by just running your finger up and down on the screen. I upload my books to dropbox and then send them from dropbox right over into this app.Domo Steve
