the playback option on this app does not work it used to but no longer does the last update to this app was six years ago I’m going to look to see if there’s another app I can use with this Samsung receiver, and if not, I will be updating my camera system Hopefully, Samsung didn’t put all their eggs in one basket meaning this app. Also, there is no longer any support for this app so before trying it download it go into it hit support and you’ll find out. There’s nothing there. No worry wart so ever.

No Apple phone application
I have Apple phone and my wife have Samsung phone. She have I polise version 2.8.8 and work good in Samsung phone but Apple phone have 2.8.4 versions and it stop working can you please help for apple user thank you

It is a worthless App
I first installed this App in 2016 and it gave hard times configuring it every time I used it until 2 weeks ago when finally I can’t even open it. It flashes an shuts down completely. I tried calling for help, they offered text support which takes lot of time until the tech said that they have limited support for it. I don’t know how an App does not get updated in 6 years. Don’t they read the reviews?

No HD support
Nice app, as long as you don’t have HD cameras! Please add HD support for iphone/ipad so that the other half of my cameras show. At the moment I can only do this on my laptop.
Crashes
Is this app still supported? It’s a decent app, and I still used it daily. It quit working in mid March. It just crashes every time I try to open it. I know it’s old, but if you could update it to work on the new IOS platform, it would be appreciated.
Worst app ever!
I can’t log in to my account. Constantly tells me my password is wrong even after I’ve reset it several times.
