Stopped working
I've used this app for years. Now it has stopped working. My wife and I have the same phones and her app works. I checked the settings and still can't get it to work. Tired to get help through their website, nope! That's no help either.jmhesley
Five years later and STILL a piece of garbage
What to not say that’s not bad about this app - bad interface, flaky set-up, connecting to cameras is gawd awful and unintuitive, the web browser side (if you’re tired of futzing with this nightmare) still uses MS Silverlight…On a Mac that means that you get constant errors that it can’t load the plug-in even though the plug-in is loaded and it simply just doesn’t work. The only reason I keep fighting with these cameras the cameras (SNB-5000) are good. But this app is unacceptable.Show lessBaltobikeboi
Horrible
I have installed, removed and installed multiple times to try and get this app working for my security camera’s! I need something reliable and this isn’t it! I am mentally drained over it’s crap information. SamsungiPOLiS/Id name doesn’t work

Complete garbage
This app never works, connecting remotely is near impossible. Instructions are terrible. Not everyone is a IT administrator that can figure it out. I have a vacuum cleaner that sets up for remote access easier than this app. I like the Samsung cameras, but this app is trash.Harley1200
Used to work

No recorded playback available anymore
The playback of recorded video is very difficult to navigate, we used to be able to select recorded video by specific times and now it’s no longer available tech support has said they will not fix this problem, you will have look at the blue pie shaped area and select a time to view by moving the slider bar and kind of guess about what hour you would like to scan and just speed up the playback to scan. Abandoned App
Well it’s been 2 years since this app has been updated. Lots of things need compatibility fixed but I guess they don’t care anymore.Bjaminkelley88
Not Dependable
I have dependable fiber optic internet yet I can connect to the cameras remotely only about 30% of the time. I don’t know if it’s the server or the software. I won’t buy Samsung system again.Z71Anubis

What happened
All of a sudden my cameras won’t work on mobile. I have tried ip and ddns and can’t view the camera. Please get this fixed.Xoticrox
