The app was good but the playback should allow playback of all cameras rather than one by one. Now the app has been updated the "search playback" function does not even appear!MikeyE01

Come on samsung add new features! Your being too slow, you are meant to be leading this market and setting an example.
Your not doing very well if Avermedia are doing better than you! They spent years writing an app for the iPhone. Now there's is looking better than yours.
I don't know if you realised but the iPhone screen got larger a long time ago and you have not updated this simple little thing.
Be a bit more creative!!! Lead the way! Other aps let you see the sensors that are being set off, + let you turn on the alarm outputs, it's not that difficult, you already set a standard with smart viewer, not do it with your mobile app.
People want to see:
1.Update for larger iphone 5 screen.
2.IO control, see which sensor has been set off and be able to turn on alarm outputs.
3.event log.
4. PTZ control!!!!!
These are just a few of the things people want to see.
Please take this as constructive points.
I have just move over to samsung cctv and have been very impressed but your app is letting you down.
Look forward to seeing future updates, it really can not be that hard for a company your size to implicate!

Doesn't work!
Worked ok until v2.2 - Now doesn't work at all. Wake up Samsung - this is pathetic. Fix it ASAP please. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.FJFlyer

Can't sustain any picture for more than a couple of seconds so not much use Always breaks up and never get 4 images! Going to the competition if I can find something else!!!! Mmig000
Last update pixelates video
Most recent update has resulted in degraded camera image. Any motion pixelates and frames are very jumpy.crumpethead

Depuis la nouvelle mise à jour je peu maintenant zoomer mais je n ai plus de son ça c est très embêtant.
