Terrible! Never works
It’s kind of pointless to have cameras if you can’t ever view what is on them!! This app very rarely works and is so frustrating. There was a suspicious car last night in front of my house and when I went to look at the cameras BIG SURPRISE...they didn’t work. What’s the point of a security system If you can’t see the footage. Lousy picture, does not stay connected to the internet and has to be manually reset. Hard to do when you’re traveling 5 months of the year! I finally broke down and purchased a Ring doorbell.Ruby3712
Dont EVER upgrade app when u get it working
Like so many others you have to have a lot if patience to get it wirking.
Im technical and i still had problems. I called their tech support which is yet a whole other issue, but when i got a tech we worked together and got it fixed. If you search the web, people have documented the steps to follow.
The most important trick ive found is that when you di get it working, dont EVER update the app unless you have to! 3 years now works perfect but i dont ever update it.

This is an awful piece of software that is not even supported anymore. 2 years and counting never touched never fixed. Never buy anything from Samsung security/Wisenet! They sell you a product and then you’re left on your own! The ONLY web browser supported, Internet Explorer!! When I pusrchased my systems this browser had already been replaced. But these worthless companies refuse to update anything! DON’T BUY DON’T BUY BEWARE! Pure junkShow lesscwhiten

I have to disagree with most of the reviews here... those users probably don’t have their system & network set up properly.
To access remotely, you need to set up a DDNS (no-ip is a good one), and you have to open specific ports on the router. I can view live and history streams both locally, and remotely whether on WiFi or cellular data.
My only complaint is that there does not seem to be a method to download and save clips as video files... maybe I am overlooking something.Show lessHDL-NYC

Useless
The network connection is down most of the time even though I only need to view the cameras from within my own network. Support is unable or unwilling to help so there you have it. If you are looking to waste your time configuring device ports that do not work and dealing with errors, than this app and Samsung support is the perfect match for you.Show lessCritically happy
