Good app - Works fine on 3/4G
The issue other reviews are having with use on 3/4g is down to incorrect setup. I have mine working fine, setup is a little bit fiddly but if you follow the instructions (there are also internet guides) and set up port forwarding correctly on your router and assign an IP address outside of dhcp server range you will be fine. DDNS service via Samsung ipolis website is also really good and works well so every time your IP address changes for your internet connection you don't need to reprogram the app.Show lessMcyiide2

Playback of Recorded Video
A little disappointing that playback of recorded video or recorded events does not seem possible on megapixel cameras over a certain resolution, however it is not apparent if this is an issue with the app or the SRN-472S NVR that it is being used with.Rakhan
A very good app
But it needs a lot of improvement in terms of customisation like being able to view upto 8 cameras on portrait mode etc. Also it should preselect y device by default so it opens up in live view mode rather than me having to select a device everytime i open the app.Avy Avo

Don't update to new version, it has bugs. But not sure why, It was working good before, I can not open it anymore with the new version.Alannnnnnzzz
Not happy
After much thought I decided to purchase a Samsung SDR 5100N video surveillance system.
Their marketing poudly announces they support both PC and Mac including iPhone. I made my decision to purchase the product based on what this .app offered. With my iPhone 4 all I get is the ability to zoom an image or save photo from the image there is no ability to review a list of recordings or playback recordings.
I consider their marketing misleading at best. I will be returning this unit and finding a supplier more capable in the Mac environment.Show lessCricketed
Decent security app
I enjoy this app and it's features. I would ask to add motion on the live view. Also the image stretches on the side view while tilting phone. I would fix these 2 things and it's perfect!!Star man app
