This no longer works. If your opponent has color tiles you can never get it to take pictures. It comes up blank . Help please!!!1690 dob
Disappointed - my experience!!
I purchased a paid version of this app which stopped working and was capturing the incorrect letters available to play. I wrote to the developer attaching screenshots and never heard anything back. Furthermore I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if this fixed the problem but unfortunately the problem still existed and rather than having a full suite of the correct letters, I was still getting the wrong letters and also question marks which is how letters are displayed on the free version. I feel I have been ripped off for the £9.99 I previously paid so will not be using or recommending this app ever again. Not working
Worked for a while now hasn’t been working for a couple of months despite me contacting them on numerous occasions. Trouble is they don’t do anything. They should at least answer my complaint.Leslie Roy

When I first got this app it worked fine. Then after using it a few days it decided not to give me any snapped pictures of the words with friends 2 board. . So I wrote to you and it gave me back 2 out of the 6 I play. And Carol L. Who uses the app on me all the time will not work for me. So she wins ALOT. Doesn’t work on new iPad proCJN53
No longer works with color tiles
It was great and worked perfectly until the introduction of colored tiles. Now it picks up the position of the overall board but tells me the highest point total is in a place letters have already been used resulting in a much lower scoring word or a word that can’t be played at all due to a square already being filled.

I had same issue as others said with letters not importing correctly n I had to change them myself. That issue got resolved within a week or two. Only issue now is I wish they’d update so the new tiles would work with it!Pookie3577

You have done a great job keeping up with words constant updates. But man I was not thrilled with the latest video ad to get a free key. Really I had to sit thru a lecture on how bad liberals are. I will delete the app if I see this as again or anything political.Sharkeygermany
Normally 5 stars, but needs updating!
Usually all of the letters are recognized easily and I only rarely had to change them at the bottom, but ever since I updated to iOS 12 I have had to change all of the letters at the bottom practically every time. I love this app because it helps me out and has made me a much better Words With Friends player teaching me all sorts of new words, but here recently it’s just been a pain! Please fix it!!
