I love this app but..
I loved the free version so I got the paid one. Intuitive, easy, import pdf directly from the web and save.. it's awesome!!!
The reason I gave a 4 star though is because I wish it had a way to easily backup all annotated files to cloud. I have some important notes on mine and would hate to lose it if i lose the ipad.
I'd be willing to pay extra bucks if pdf-notes upgrade to include a cloud backup.Show lessSumbabe

Great App - Great Service
I have used PDF Notes for iPad since it came out. It beats other PDF readers, hands down. I was disappointed recently, because an update broke my ability to upload or download documents. I emailed the company, and got a fast response. Within a couple days, they posted an upgrade with a fix. I am impressed!Show lessvaporman
Great but flawed tool
This is a great text reader and note take but there are a few buggy and weird things. Highlighting text starts fine but when expanding it, the highlights go all over the place. That's a bug that I'm sure will be worked out, but something that seems a strange choice is how text is written. When I hold my finger down a text box pops up for me to fill in, but the middle of the box is where I place my finger, instead of the beginning. Not very intuitive. Who thinks place text based on the middle of a sentence? It would be so much simpler to use if the text began where I placed my finger. Instead, every time, after I type, I then need to reposition the text.
Those are some complaints, but it really is great otherwise.Show lessA writing fella

Love it...but two requests
I totally love this app. I use it all of the time for school and have used it for almost a year now. I love the new text feature that allows you to type in notes as well as being able to highlight behind the text. Two thing that I would like to see added in the future is the ability to add a picture into the PDF from photos and being able to delete a page. Otherwise...COULD NO LONGER LIVE WITHOUT IT!Show lessLyventia

Love it
I'm a phd student. I use this app to read papers and books. It makes me feel nearly the same as reading printed books. The only different is in stead of carrying out all the books and papers, as well as pens, I only need to carry my iPad, though my iPad 3 is very heavy...Sssimone

How many apps do you have the free version, which is awesome, and love it and find it that useful (especially for ukulele songbooks) that you decide it is worth the money to support the developing team. Keep up the great work and thanks :)Nicknamestuck
Lost files
The actual function is great, but when I upgraded from Notes free to the paid version, it loaded over all of my annotated files--work files, short stories, e-books. It all looked kosher, so I deleted the free version of the app. Poof! All of my files were deleted from my paid version of the app too. So basically I paid $10 to lose all of my files.
