Don't waste your money
This app is worthless. I created 3 postcards over 2 months ago. In the app it says they've Ll been processed and delivered, but NONE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. I also used the app to submit feedback at least twice and I've heard nothing. Don't waste your money!Disappointed Shan

Took to long
Postcard was sent from a location outside USA it took a month to get to location in USA that did not meet my needs the card was good but just did not like length of time to get to address they should tell you this before you download.Med819

Waste of your money...
I sent 6 cards 6 weeks ago and STILL not delivered! Support never responds. I would never download and spend my time on this garbage again ... Move on.Worse delivery time ever...
Slow processing
Takes over a week for them to print it so it was pointless since I'm usually on vacation for a week. Only good thing was there was more characters for writing than other post card apps.Vijay34

I have tried to send two postcards. After two months neither has arrived. Moreover, an email to customer service went unanswered. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't waste your money!Cici50burgh
I used to love this, but
I found out the postcards take six weeks to get to their destination. I have been sending them to my parents with photos and to family members for birthdays. Then I found out that three weeks lead time on a birthday, to go two states away, is not enough. You have to give two months! Seriously!? I emailed support and they did not reply, so it is here for all to see. No, it's not a random occurrence, it is consistent. I can get four prints made and mail them myself for the price of one postcard and they are there in three days at most. I used to love this program, but this is ridiculous!Spazyone
