Unable to reach customer service

My payment was credited from my CC but no ticket issued by IXIGO.

There’s no number where one can reach customer care, had to call my CC provider and raise a dispute.

Will never use them again.

Horrible experience

I wanted to book a flight to London Heathrow (LHR) for my mother. I searched the same in Ixigo app, but don’t know why the search came as London Gatwick (LGW) and the ticket got booked. I contacted the airline immediately to get it changed and they told me since the ticket is not issued, Ixigo should be able to change it to LHR free of cost (as initially the fault was with Ixigo app). From that moment till 14 days, Ixigo customer support has only made things worse. They kept making a point that it was my fault and not theirs and kept asking for huge rescheduling charges. At the end, I had no other choice and had to give up.

I urge everyone to avoid these frauds.

Excellent for Ixigo Assured

Cleartrip does not offer this made refundable booking on all domestic India airlines but Ixigo does. Fares slightly higher that cleartrip but worth it

Worst ever

Took the money from my bank and after that showed loading for ever and worst still does not even have a single customer service number to call to. All preloaded rubbish which takes you no where

Crazy platform (looks like a scam)

Money was deducted and taken away to tell me 1 min later that IXIGO failed to get airline tickets so now I have over 25K sitting with IXIGO.
I hope that I get my refund back.
