Clunky, slow
The UI is clunky and slow, the app as a whole does not feel complete. Pages take too long to load, and data I entered did not save; requiring me to re-enter said info multiple times. I think this app needs a major overhaul of the UI, and data retention.

Preview picture obscures bottom of pic, leading user to believe the pic isn’t good. Confusing.

At times this app freezes at the worst times but over all it does it’s job I just wish it went faster when you use your thumb print . Sometimes the app says it’s not able to open my app with my thumb print or password!! And I have to wait a hour at times to check balances

Great app
The app is secure and very user-friendly would recommend it to all. it's just as good as the website and some situations. I would say that if there were a loan application processing to get real-time update and such it would be 5 times thumbs upI would also like to see the ability to cancel electronica payments within the first six hours of submission

Why?
Why can’t I make an electronic deposit in ALL my accounts. Only some appear. As it is, I have to deposit and then transfer.

Fix the Glitches
It’s fine when it’s working. It’s not anything special from other bank apps. However the fact that the preview from the App Store shows the error picture when the app isn’t working is appropriate, because it often is that way.
