Flexible and Easy to use!
I don’t have much space, time, or equipment to do full exercises. This app has greatly helped me since I do most of the exercises in bed. It’s also good because each exercise can vary in time so I can choose whether I workout for 5 or even 10 minutes. So it’s good when I don’t have time and when I do. All in all, this is great for al people of all different levels and availability.

Great way to start
Great app to start good habits and a consistent daily routine … not too long so daily bursts are better for me than not bothering at all - the thought of a 20 min workout can make me not bother but a quick 10 mins before bed is not so bad 😀

Simple and Effective
I was looking for a simple Pilates app. I tried a couple however some of them required a substantial yearly subscription. I appreciated the free trial on this app and also the easy to use challenges. I am currently on a three month challenge and like the way that the challenge is presented step-by-step. Also, how the daily workout is shown to me visually before I start and it is also explained out loud on what position I should be doing. So far, I’m really enjoying it. I also like how you can customize how long you have to do the workout each day and at what difficulty level you would like it.

Because of the short slots I sometimes fit 2 or 3 sessions in at different levels but always can fit 1 in which gives a sense of achievement and you don’t give in .. fab

Great for people with disability
I have hip and leg issues due to a nerve disorder. I want to exercise but everything I have tried hurts. Im n day 4 of this and beside slight muscle discomfort that just tells me s were used. I haven't had any pain. On top of that I have noticed less pain with walking. Something that I hav lived with for over 19 years. Im a 47 year old female. I am so grateful to have found this app. Added bonus the beginners route of 5 minute daily routines are free. Thank You
