    This is such a good app for exercise for someone who cannot do a full hour class - although only 5 mins it really works you can feel the ache in your muscles the next day - I am really pleased with the outcome from this app I can see the difference already - Would highly recommend - really worth the monthly fee - A daily exercise that really gets the blood pumping without high impact exercise ❤️

  • Amazing App

    I absolutely love this app. It’s great for someone looking to start off a Pilates routine. I especially love that the workouts are only about 10 min which makes it a great addition to someone looking to workout at home on a busy schedule. And I really feel my muscles working during that ten minutes. The only thing I would add is a description of which muscle groups are activated with each workout to better guide my focus

  • Simple, fun and effective

    I have been using this app for a while and really feel it has helped to tone my body and also to clear my mind. No matter what is happening in the day the app has the option to change the time of the workout so you can always fit it in. Well worth getting
  • Great app for beginners to Pilates

    Really enjoying this app so far! I’ve never done Pilates at home before and the animations and explanations make the exercises really easy to follow. I like that you can easily choose session length and there are some nice short ones to help you ease in to exercise.

    This app is wonderful for anyone who wants to incorporate pilates into their lives. It provides guidance through workout routines and step by step instructions. Adding just five to ten minutes of pilates in my day, with the help of this app, has drastically improved my mental and physical health. I especially love the different challenges within the app. As someone who is naturally competitive, this aspect really motivates me to reserve time out of my day to keep going. I would highly recommend for anyone and everyone to download this app and give it a try. I promise you will fall in love.

  • Makes it easy to fit Pilates in every day

    Or most days at least. Exercises are quick and well described, with flexibility to make the workout longer or more demanding. I’ve used it for 1-2 months now and it’s really made a difference.

    My local gym closed down recently and I didn’t have any affordable nearby options. I saw this app and decided to give it a try - and I love it! Varies exercises to target different goals and very user friendly with great instructions. Very glad I have this!
