Its been 3 years now, time to update this app. Fun community play, or can do mostly solo

gives me good memories from back in middle school when I would play this + bakery and restaurant story. coming back to it five or six years later (i forgot) it’s still so fun to play…even as a dood 😂 the only thing I don’t like is how some items are so pricy when it comes to gems but I get it the devs wanna make money here and there. if gems would go on sale more often I would definitely buy them more often. also I like the watch an ad for a gem system, if there could be a daily ad for multiple gems (3-5ish) that was slightly longer than usual that would be cool. thanks for making these games guys, these and the papa’s pizzeria games were my childhood <3

Loved it... at first
I opened the app and it was super fun and I played it for months, but then I logged on and all my 11 gems were gone. I sent an email to Storm8 but there was an automatic reply, “Sorry, we can’t recover lost currency.” On the Storm8 website where you could Email them, one of the subjects was “Missing/lost in-game currency.” Why was it an option to use for a subject if they can’t actually do anything about it? I forgot about it and started earning gems all over again, watching long ads, spending my coins to do quests with the reward of gems. Once I had the gems back, I could continue saving up where I left off. But then the same thing happened again... and again... It just happened again, so now I’m going to delete the app.
I may have lost them only when my ordered expired, but it took my gems, and didn’t even revive the lost items. And still asked me to buy gems and revive them.
In conclusion, don’t risk spending real money on gems, it’s kind of a scam. Plus, the game developers seem pretty rude, and don’t really care about everyone’s experience.

No support for the game.
It’s a fun game to play , however, they have no support for this game. I’m unsure why they create a game and then they have no one to support the game. The videos that play in the game always play fine but when it comes to the videos playing to earn your free gems, the videos fail to play. When you try to contact support the answer you get back is that there is no support for this game. In the beginning I earned around five up to seven free gems every day but once I hit it above level 20, the free gems videos fail to play, or I may only get 1. It’s like they don’t want you to get the free gems and want you to pay money. Makes no sense that the videos you are forced to watch play fine but the ones you want to watch do not.

In the last 2 goals we have had there has been glitches but I have noticed that you have fixed them promptly hope we don’t get a glitch in the next lot of goals I love the add once a day to get free gem wish Bakery Story and Restaurant Story was like that too thank you
Needs updates
This is my favorite game to play, had been on and off it since about 2012. I restarted playing this game this year and there are bugs that need to be fixed and new updates would be amazing. There’s sometimes force shut of the app, either racks or tables glitch, and the ad pop ups are very very annoying. It’s odd since on Bakery Story the ads don’t pop up like they do on Fashion Story. Sometimes you don’t even get to chance to press the close button of the add and takes you straight the web then App Store making it a bad user experience. Overall it’s still a game I enjoy to play and would love it even more if these problems can be solved!

disappointed once game lover
I used to play this game as a little kid. Loved it. And now I see how truly messed up it was. This game is intended for kids ages, 4 and up. Their is an option for a clothing modelled by a girl with the title “naughty nurse”. What the heck? What message are we sending young girls? And why is this even an option for an outfit that little children are putting together? Disgusting. If I could give this no stars I would

Please fix. Not everyone can afford to purchase gems so please fix the ads so we can all get free gems per day . Thank you
Love this game but…
Been playing the game on and off for years now:) really love how users can customize the store with so many options available, makes decorating the store the most enjoyable part of the game tbh. However, developers could you please do something about the 49gems slot option. I’ve been trying to save up gems to buy other decorations for the store, but sometime when I’m making orders, I’ll accidentally click on the additional slot option and I would have a new slot without a chance to say yes or no. This is honestly odd and quite flawed, especially since the yes or no option is available whenever a user wants to sell and item. For an option that is significantly more costly than majority of the items available, I really don’t understand why it doesn’t come with consent from the user. Please change this! Its happened to me 3 times now, ive lost 137 gems UNINTENTIONALLY 😭 I really do love the game and don’t want to stop being a player.
