App très limitée
Application simple mais avec très peu de fonctionnalités. Si on compare avec des banques Canadiennes il y a un retard incroyable: pas de Touch ID ou Face ID pour se connecter, pas de dépôt de chèque en ligne, pas de virements directs par sms...mhotng

Nous prenons note de votre commentaire néanmoins dans l'onglet virement, vous disposez de Paylib entre amis pour réaliser vos virements par SMS. Les fonctions Touch ID ou Face ID, sont activables à partir des paramètres de votre profil (silhouette en haut à droite) puis "Connexion et sécurité".Language

Doesn't work
Just installed it again after not using it for a few years. I entered my identifiant and password, and it showed my account numbers.
But that's as far as I can get before the app crashes. Every time. And it can't be a cache issue because I just freshly installed it.
And it doesn't remember my identifiant either, which is a random 10 digit number that I don't know by heart, so that's pretty inconvenient.
A few years ago I was thinking boy, LCL is way behind compared to American Banking apps like Bank of America. It's now 2018 and it's only gotten worse.Show lessCroe01

The user interface is very friendly and easy to use! I am very impressed. The concepts follow a very similar mapping as in the website account page. I will be using this more often!AndresAmez
