Worse app ever
You need to login time and time again for any simple action you want to take and the user experience is awful

Needs to have more user friendly interface
El Al contact information needs to be on all pages very conspicuously because users may need to contact El Al for any reason. Having to toggle between pages to access contact information is quite frustrating and defeating.
Few pages are in Hebrew without an English option…seriously?! 😑 I also could not change meal plans for transfer flight and needed to contact El Al directly. Seriously, changing meals is considered some sort of cyber security threat that needs to waste everyone’s time?! 😑Show lessRoadWarrior2004
Terrible App!
Unfortunately, given the profits the company has been publicly boasting about during the last year, it cannot make the app functional and makes it difficult to navigate for transferred bookings. I used to fly with El Al and over the years the poor experience just had me looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled, but the occasion is more important than the poor service.Show less
