I am a loyal customer for more than 10 years
I am really shocked with what’s happening with the application for the last two years , As a customer to the bank, that is so many services the kind that I can do it through the application but nevertheless, it’s not there, although so many international banks that Qnb are competing with them have that service
So I’m not really happy with theDevelopment of the app through the years. I think it’s slow and more action need to be done.Show lessVPN, force updates
Not allowing a VPN while using a banking application is contrary to the primary use of VPN’s
Force updates without notice make the application useless and ergo the entire bank useless when you are on a limited data network.Reliable
