  • I am a loyal customer for more than 10 years

    I am really shocked with what’s happening with the application for the last two years , As a customer to the bank, that is so many services the kind that I can do it through the application but nevertheless, it’s not there, although so many international banks that Qnb are competing with them have that service

    So I’m not really happy with theDevelopment of the app through the years. I think it’s slow and more action need to be done.

  • VPN, force updates

    Not allowing a VPN while using a banking application is contrary to the primary use of VPN’s

    Force updates without notice make the application useless and ergo the entire bank useless when you are on a limited data network.

  • Little more changes needed

    I have been using the QNB and CBQ app since the last few years.. I like using the CBQ app more than the QNB app.. one of the example is when I transfer amount to anyone in the CBQ app I get the option of sharing the transaction details but I don’t get that option in the QNB app
  • Not the most user friendly

    It's strangely the most difficult banking app to navigate across

    Tried to open a new account and it always sends me back seems like a glitch or a mistake in programming, same thing happens when I try to register …
  • Some improvements but seems incomplete

    Biggest improvement for me is that transfers are way easier and faster to operate. What I found uncomfortable is that it gives you all your balances right upfront, and you need to do some clicks to hide them in case you are in a public space, for example.
    I cannot find where to fetch a monthly statement, and neither can I apply now for a savings account, another card, or other services that were available in the previous version.
    I also liked the previous interface as an entry point.
    Still getting used to this, but it’s not my preferred version. I hope it gets better soon.

  • The App could be made much better

    There is lots of room for improvements other than making the app look fancy.
    Even though i must say it looks nice.

    An example of improvements that could be made if deductions happen on my card i should get pop up notifications from the app to approve or disprove of transactions, for online purchases.
    Also the flexibility for people abroad to be able to follow any transaction through notifications via the app (especially if i am abroad and i don't get sms because my phone is off)

    Also i should be able to control direct debits, from my card through this app.

  • The new design is awful

    Seriously whoever design the new interface has done a horrible job!!..

    Maybe the functions have developed to the better.. but look wise & practicality wise I’m sorry to say it’s bad.. try to fix it
  • Too complicated

    The new app updated design is too complicated. Too many information! A lot of banking language (not simple at all).

    Too many text. Too many colors. And not easy to read font. Online banking shouldn’t be this hard and complicated. It should be easy for everyone. I don’t have to be a banker to be able to use the app, which is the case with the new update.

    I hope you revise the design and make it simpler, or at least give the user the option to hide certain information like (outstanding balance/actual balance/pending). These information do not need to be there without me requesting for it.
