Excellent and speedy customer service special awhile u book you appointment on your application you doesn’t need to wait allot of time awhile you doing chopping in the mall you can book it and has a wonderful staff of kind and helpful persons
This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonderful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned.

It has some issue the biometrics don’t work all the time and when you are in the app the utility part will not let you pay. Not being all that effective.Nascarnut16
Difficult to contact QNB by chatting
All their chatting methods are Automated or fake and not working, Just loosing time.shualfa
Basically bad as can get
Eg: Can’t type more than 20 characters when submitting query. How many questions can you ask in less than 20 characters. None…app like bank
Expecting more from QNB
Since it’s Qatar first bank and the customer service is very good we expect that the mobile App is more advanced and user friendly. Unfortunately it is very out dated and lack innovative. QNB and their customers deserves to have better online banking application. I truly hope they decided to revamp it soon.Show lessAlanoud H
Worst bank, old app
The app looks old. You can’t go back further than three months for transaction history. The bank is awful itself. Given so many false messages about setting up a cheque book. Then was abused by a Qatari staff member when I submitted a formal complaint. What a loser and what a loser bank.wilfredwaters

Local bank not international group!!
This bank is very local. Never depend on it if you are not living in Qatar. Bad service. Bad customer support. Bad communication. They blocked my account because I left the country and I have been trying to get my money got a month now!!!!alaa3245
