Needed features
The ATM locater is pretty useless as it won't even detect where I am to show me where my nearest atm is... Also instead of having that a branch locater is a better option as knowing where a card center is or a bank where I can withdraw money from. The option of changing my phone number from the app is desirable especially is the person is abroad.Show lessInquistee
Apt App for location
QNB are good, this App is not. Always needs mobile message verification (when using on iPad makes it difficult) and not easy to pay utility bills like it is at a cash machine. The bills are tied to the account so why not have them a available already??? Speaking to customer service would be more dangerous than useful too.Show lessBoywonder the first

Massive change is required
This app works fine if u got alot of time to check ur balance however it's better to start up ur car and go to the nearest ATM as it will take the same time of checking the app .. Other than that, need a HUGE change in the background or the way icons r being displayed!! Check other international banks and try to figure out how! SIMPLEShow lessHusam Al-Qatouni

The worst banking app I've ever used
This app is annoyingly slow and takes ages to do a simple task like checking your balance.
It's inconvenient for a well known bank like this to have a lousy servers that cannot coop with the users requests (how cheap are they) or maybe they should consider reallocating their IT staff.بوعبدالعزيز-٨٦
