Fantastic
Such a good app, it's so cheap and the perfect alternative to word. I emailed them with a few suggestions and they not only replied (!) but said they are looking to keep upgrading it! Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK. Needs Dropbox folder selection badly
Really needs to be able to select the folder notes sync to. I have a folder in Dropbox with many notes, synced to a number of applications. Every other Dropbox notes app offers this. A split-panel view for quickly looking over different notes appears to be missing too.
The emergency access PIN is a nice touch, shows a fake folder full of notes in case you're forced to reveal your scribblings. Can't see I'll ever use it but the developer clearly has a sense of humour / is very paranoid!!!

Nothing special
Iphone 4.1. There are several better note taking apps out there. Especially rich text writing apps. This is a plain text editing app; can't even format, underline, or highlight text. Can't add a table, photo, or audio note. How do you easily undo erroneous text changes? Auto text is a good feature. I want more than different fonts & backgrounds when I write. And even the background themes aren't saved in PDF files emailed & although fonts are, it is not saved WYSIWYG. And when using "open in" to a PDF reader, the text gets changed to plain text. I am better off writing in the pdf app to begin with. It was not really worth downloading this app, although I only paid a special price of 99Β’ for it.

I want to use this all the time ...
so you get 5 stars, because this is my favorite editor/note taker. However, there are a couple of things that I think need to be addressed, and have caused me to start using other apps.
First, having folders is nice, but there needs to be a way to organize the files/folders after they are created. I had a bunch of files associated with a subject, so I made a folder for them, only to find out there was no way to move existing files into that folder.
Second, sync. The sync is really an auto-backup to dropbox, which is really a nice-to-have, but a true sync would allow file creation and edit from another device/computer, which write2 would spot and pull next time is sync'd.
Lastly, when viewing a note, the toggle into edit mode it too sensitive, such that if I am just reading what I wrote, I can't scroll the page without the app thinking I want to enter edit mode.
So, bottom line, a fine app that I liked to use all the time, that could really use a couple of changes.

Great App But Needs some Tweaking
I really enjoy this app, but since I'm working off my iPhone and not a larger screen like an iPad I guess I have a higher tendency to accidentally hit random buttons when I don't mean to, and if I have a large selection made when I hit said random buttons everything suddenly gets erased. It'd be awesome if some kind of undo feature could be implemented!
Also, and I don't know if this is a problem with the app itself or with Dropbox's service but, I can't get some of my files to transfer over to my computer. A large portion of them do transfer, but not all of them, even when I try to send them directly to my dropbox. It seems to be more prevalent with older files.
Other than that, everything's great!

All write it is
Excellent little app. I like it a lot. Had a scare when I deleted a thousand word entry in error but was able to paste and recover my contents. It's not a fully fledged word processor but considering the limitations of the iPhone (like not being able to switch to italics) it's pretty good.
