App is easier than the site

App Crashing
App only runs upon initial installation. Subsequent installs just bring me back to the iPad Home Screen until I delete and re-install, then it returns to crashing. Also, the App Support link in the App Store does not work, hence I am complaining here. Good app when it does work.Vhato

App crashing
I’ve re-downloaded the app several times, and it seems that on every subsequent launch of the app it continues to crash. It only ever works right after the initial download. It’s only been happening after this recent iOS 14.2 update on my iPad. Additive else hands the same issue?Maurenito

I absolutely love hygiene app as it allows me to book holidays in my own time without the need to wait and check once in the office or log onto work systems just to process a request, I can also complete mandatory learning in my own time night or day when I have a spare few minutesAyresUK
This app is excruciating. Please reconsider!!
During demonstrations the app looks good, but it’s presented in such a selective way.
The org chart is brilliant and it has some helpful elements for payroll related user actions, but that’s honestly it. It’s excruciating as using the website on your phone is FAR better but only some pages are responsive.
Some examples are just crazy that it doesn’t work, like launching a quiz! You cannot perform this basic function (from the users perspective/needs) through the app. This and many other examples like it mean it absolutely smashed our engagement and change management efforts.
We were not advised of these limitations due to technicalities in questions —- ie. can the user perform a quiz in the app? Answer: yes - true response, Yes, as long as that quiz is part of authored content.
Countless more frustration with this app, I just hope this helps other businesses to be more informed before acting on this platform because your end user experience is truely everything!Show lessNazman musicman
Simple but effective
I am one of those people who use apps heavily. I have used this app ever since I heard of it several years ago. The app is not fancy. But it gets many employment related chores done even when I’m on the run.
