Terrible company
Before using this app or the company, check their Facebook and other media reports. They are bouncing checks on their customers and not refunding ticket holders. Blaming it on the pandemic but there are multiple reports that this started before the pandemic occurred.DroppingStatesman

Having a small biz is hard and we reached out to you to be a easy way for customers to buy tickets and it was.. at great expense we produced a show and then y’all decided not to pay us OUR money. Don’t use brown paper tickets!Magic Mr. Nick

Just get a black screen, and there is no way to give the app access to the camera. Seems like it might be an iPhone 6 issue, but makes the app completely worthlesscjwhite97
Just OK for what it is
Scans physical tickets just fine, but can't focus in on smaller, closer together barcodes (like the ones that bpt generates for will call tickets or print at home). I'd like an app for organizers to track sales easily too.Pizzalicious123
