App worked ok(ish) over the summer, but have an event tonight and it won't let us even sign out of our old account and into a new one. Unable to access any menus whatsoever. Then read in the details that it hasn't been updated since 2011. What a waste. Going to have to try and find a different ticketing system now.Show lessKris2211

Good thing we had a paper hard copy of all tickets sold. Scanner bombed every time the app started, even after deleting app and reinstalling.Sr. Pedro
Worked great for us
Very happy with the app. Scanner worked fine via iPad mini with active wifi connection. I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about, it's a simple app that needs active data connection to its job - scan barcodes and verify tickets. It did it's job perfectly for our event this past weekend, without a problem.Show less13Scorpio

The app is garbage. Never been updated. Won't scan or manually let you type in the barcode. It's about time Brown Paper Tickets fixed this.lmsalamone
